What does one image credit include?+
One credit creates one High-quality image from one selected shot. Each paid original includes one refinement attempt with the same clothing item and references, at no extra credit charge. Use the included attempt while the source references are available: clothing item and scene references are kept for seven days, and person references for one day. Further refinements or new originals use one more credit. An included attempt that reaches the provider is used even if it fails; definitely unsent failures restore it. If you want two planned shots, generate each separately; together they use two credits. Your supported clothing item, adult-cast and setting references are included: uploading more references does not add a credit charge. Planning and downloading an existing result are free.
What if a generation fails?+
A credit is reserved when you confirm and used when the completed image is saved. Confirmed technical failures restore the credit. An uncertain provider response is checked before another request is sent, to avoid charging twice. If delivery remains unconfirmed, the reserved credit is restored.
Do purchased credits expire?+
Purchased credits do not expire automatically. They stay in your account for future shoots. Refunds, payment disputes and account closure can affect the balance.
Is this a subscription?+
No. These are one-time packs. There is no automatic renewal or top-up.
How are the savings calculated?+
The crossed-out comparison is what the same number of image credits would cost at the current First look unit price. The 24-credit pack costs €3.70 less; the 60-credit pack costs €14.10 less at that rate. The percentages round down. These are bundle comparisons, not former prices or limited-time promotions.
Can I try the Studio before paying?+
You can build and save your brief for free. When the first-image trial is open, eligible creators can make one original image without a card. Its availability is shown below. Sign in and verify your email to check eligibility. The free original includes one edit attempt while its saved references are available. More originals and further edits require image credits; choose a pack before another paid request.
What will I pay?+
These are preview prices while public sales are closed. The final payable total and applicable taxes will be clear before any real purchase.
